Jennifer is the founder of Mind for Business Ltd.  She is a fully qualified NLP Trainer, accredited by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) and an executive coach.  She has undertaken two years' training as a NLP-based psychotherapist and has trained in accelerated learning.  Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield University.

Jennifer has over twenty years' experience of working in line management and consulting roles in a number of leading international financial and IT services companies including Barclaycard, Europay (now MasterCard Europe) and SchlumbergerSema/Atos Origin.  Her first job was as a fundraiser for an international development agency.  Jennifer has lived and worked abroad extensively and brings broad perspectives from having worked in a variety of business cultures.

Jennifer is joined in delivering programmes by a number of different Associates who bring specialist input.
